Hi, I’m Conny
I created Sensemaking Space as a place for creativity, connection and curiosity.
I work online with people from all over the world – as long as we can find a time when we’re both awake.

Sensemaking Space coaching helps you tackle the big questions.
How can I be true to myself and make room for my own voice?
How can I bring my whole self to work?
My life is about to change – how can I navigate this shift?
I feel overwhelmed or burned out – how can I regain control?
What is possible when I drop the shoulds and musts?
I want to know myself in a new and different way – where do I start?
How can I cultivate my creative part?
How can I untangle the old stories that continue to shape me?
What makes work meaningful?
To help you answer these questions, I offer coaching that goes deep and is practical.
I’m blending my therapeutic training with my experience in the corporate sector.
My coaching is grounded in my qualifications and experience in Therapeutic Arts Practice (MA), my expertise as a Map of Meaning© Certified Practitioner, 20 years in corporate leadership and my personal creative practice.
I aim to inspire a creative and reflective practice in you to unlock new insights and enrich your coaching experience.
Sensemaking Space coaching helps you understand your inner world and see possibilities that are exciting and workable.
The 4 core qualities of Sensemaking Space Coaching
-
Arts-based
In our work together, we’ll use creative processes to inquire into topics that are complex, go deep, feel impenetrable or difficult to engage with. We’ll value your process as a vital source of information in addition to being curious about the meaning of what you create.
Creative invitations come in many forms. They can play a central or minor role in your coaching process.
-
Trauma-informed
Trauma-informed coaching creates the space to notice survival strategies and personalities that have emerged after traumatic experiences and shape how you communicate, connect and cope in life.
In our coaching, we won’t process the actual experience; but we’ll build awareness to help you weave new patterns into the fabric of your life. This can also strengthen your skills as a trauma-informed leader.
-
Reflective
Cultivating a reflective practice ensures that your coaching process generates lasting outcomes.
My approach combines reflective inquiry, detailed coaching notes and creative invitations to shape your reflective practice as a rich source of self-knowledge, an ongoing support structure, and an early warning system when life goes off track.
-
Meaning-focused
I’m certified in the Map of Meaning®, an evidence-based, simple yet profound framework to explore what lies at the heart of meaningful working and living.
I use the Map together with arts-based, trauma-informed and reflective methods, so you can map your current landscape of meaning and mark areas for change. We won’t shy away from hard questions.

Kind words

“I really appreciated Conny’s facilitation - knowledgeable, flexible, gentle and very supportive. The Map of Meaning provided a useful framework but was never the focus - allowing a very personal reflective experience. I very much enjoyed the input of other participants too - both the perceptive questions and willingness to share experience.”

“I wanted to say how much I have enjoyed working with you. You have encouraged me to do work on my Memory Project that I would never have been able to do without you. I love the psychology and tools that you used to help me get started and also to understand my relationship to my art. I really appreciate your thorough notes, your thoughtful responses and encouragement. It was so helpful to have someone to bounce ideas off and to help with proof reading. I have now received my second volume from Blurb and I’m really proud of what I have managed to do with your help.”
