Deliberate Practice is an important process when we’re adopting and shaping new habits.

The monthly drop-in sessions are a place where you can continue to engage in your reflective practice with the support and guidance of a facilitated process as well as the energy of a small group.

There’s no minimum group size, so you might find yourself practicing alongside me and maybe one or two others.


 

What to expect:

  • A brief check-in around your intention for today’s practice

  • A short, facilitated process or warm-up exercise

  • Some time for quiet reflection: you can deepen the process I share or go freestyle and follow your own reflective experiments.

  • Wrap-up with optional sharing

  • The opportunity to ask questions around your practice

The Zoom link for the session will be emailed one day prior to the session.

 

What to bring:

  • Always bring pen & paper or – if you have – a journal, your reflective sketchbook, your meaning journal

  • It’s great if you have a few art materials to hand – this doesn’t have to be complicated. Consider: markers, colour pencils, a small set of water colours, some old magazines for collage and found poetry, scissors and glue stick.

If the process I plan to share benefits from specific materials I will email you a few days before the session.
